Our consultants work tirelessly with your key team heads, responsible for the B2B sales and account management. The roles we typically work together with are CCO, CSO, CRO or CEO. We help them hands-on in exploring opportunities in their respective market and identify a winning B2B sales strategy. The service includes product-market-fit analysis, identification of the main target audience, business potential analysis and - most importantly - a go-to-market execution plan - with follow-ups
How it works
Over the course of either 6 months or 12 months (or ongoing), we work closely with the senior management team, helping them formulate a B2B partnership plan and execute on it. A performance contingent bonus of the Gross Revenue will additionally be charged, following the completion of the service, in order to align our goals.
